The first form

We did it! We filled out the first form today to send to an agency to request another form to be sent to the US Dept. of State to issue another form to send to be authenticated which is an acceptable form to the Chinese government to say that I was legally born. Hurray!!!

Now the first form has to be notarized and then mailed off on Monday. The paperchase has begun!!!
